Cheated me! I tried my first lease here, and found out after the documents were signed and went home, that I was cheated nearly $3000 !!! This was on a new Hyund I tried my first lease here, and found out after the documents were signed and went home, that I was cheated nearly $3000 !!! This was on a new Hyundai Sonata, so beware of these cheats, they are what everyone worries about when buying from a dealership. THIEVES! More

Experience at Action Hyundai To make a long story short when I came to pick up my car, the salesman first brought it out and the exterior was not clean whatsoever and there was al To make a long story short when I came to pick up my car, the salesman first brought it out and the exterior was not clean whatsoever and there was also a scratch on a brand new car. Waited 3 1/2 hours when it should have been ready when I got there. The salesman knew I was coming so I don't understand why it wasn't ready when i got there. It was a bit ridiculous. Not the greatest experience buying my first car. Not the mention waited there the Saturday prior to this for about 4 hours. More

Still waiting a response back from dealership . Overall this has become a bad experience. I was not a fan of Hyundai and this just reinforces my previous image. Unfortunately, it was my first daughter first car purchase and now an unpleasant one. I will stick to Honda. More
