I've always had a really good experience here but during my last visit they tried to sell me seriously overpriced wiper blades. I asked my dad (retired from GM), to look into price for replacing ourselves a my last visit they tried to sell me seriously overpriced wiper blades. I asked my dad (retired from GM), to look into price for replacing ourselves and found out they are half the price quoted by the dealership, AND, when my dad inspected my wipers he determined that they absolutely do not need to be replaced. I realize that everyone is hurting right now and trying to stay out of the red but this is unacceptable. Hopefully, when things get back to normal they will take time to reassess some of their business decisions. More

We started out at another Dealership that day to see a specific car. After 3.5 hours of frustration and only seeing three cars we left to head home. Randy treated us like we were family. There were no games at all in the negotiation. We were handed off to Ernest to close the deal and sign the paperwork. Ernest Is the real deal. Professional, concise, detailed and whether he realizes it or not very entertaining. We will never go anywhere else to buy a car. Our first stop we always be Bradshaw! More
