I brought my Equinox in at 8:30 for a transmission fluid & filter change. I was shuttled home but wasn't able to retrieve my vehicle until nearly 4PM. I needed a ride back to the dealership, but I waited nearly 2 hours for someone to come get me. I'm thinking it might be a better idea to have a couple of folks available to shuttle customers so there is not such a time lag. My service writer, Carter Whitlow, was very pleasant as always.

The purchase of my GMC truck went well. I took it back for its first oil change in December. I had an appointment and I still had to wait 2 hours for only an oil change. I plan on looking for other places for my next oil change.

Carter Whitlow was great to work with. Communication skills were awesome and he always filled the car with electric juice each time we were in. Would highly recommend their service department.

Corey was great in keeping me informed regarding the progress of my repair. Very courteous and professional.
