My husband is happy We visited Bradshaw on a sat morning just to see what was avail in trucks for my husband. He really liked one of the vehicles they had on the lot. But We visited Bradshaw on a sat morning just to see what was avail in trucks for my husband. He really liked one of the vehicles they had on the lot. But because we were just browsing, we decided to visit a few more dealerships around the upstate and nothing compared to the truck we saw at Bradshaw. Floyd was extremely pleasant and very easy to talk to about what we were looking for and our budget. All in all my husband got his dream truck and we are very pleased with the customer service and ease of financing. More
Great experience in general. Lack of hybrid knowledge and lack of knowledge on blindspot sensor locations makes me wary of returning. I want someone who knows the car before I get there. Mommas happy so everyones happy Last year we bought a KIA here & Randy, the guy I talked to, & everyone involved was great, last week it was totaled & so we needed something again. I went in Fri talked to Woffard & I find one I love, so take it home talk to hubby, hubby drives it, we come back & start the process again. The Nissan Rogue....oh so nice, so comfy, so clean, so all I wanted!!!! Ed the paperwork guy mentioned an extended warranty w/ Bradshaw & we were able to get bumper to bumper & everything in between & more for only 45 more than the KIA w/o the extras!!! We are very happy with everyone there, even Ryan in Collision Center was helpful 'cuz that's where our KIA ended up at due to insurance company, so it was a very easy process Thanks guys for making things easy, taking your time with me & getting us a great deal!!!! More

I began researching the Silverados and checking the I began researching the Silverados and checking the inventory on every dealership with 200 miles. I found that Bradshaw was local and upfront about a I began researching the Silverados and checking the inventory on every dealership with 200 miles. I found that Bradshaw was local and upfront about advertised pricing unlike others. The selection was average with new trucks arriving regularly. I began dealing with Joe Johnson. He was very friendly and laid back. At no point in the buying process was he pushy or reliant on aggressive tactics. He was able to find that the exact truck that I was searching for was on its way to the dealership. He made it a point to schedule a time for me to see the truck ASAP. I began an attempt to negotiate with Joe about a price. Unfortunately he would not budge from the initial dealership offer. He responded as if I was being unreasonable and that there was no other price reduction available. At that point I left the dealership. About twenty minutes after my departure a very friendly young man named Tyler Plunket contacted me. He apologized for missing me at the dealership and began to provide a couple tee offer over the phone. Eventually, Mr Plunket was happy to reach an agreement on the truck that resulted in me returning to complete the purchase. After returning, the dealership was reaching closing time. John Karvelas was about to leave the dealership when he realized that there were some struggles encountered by the sales staff involving paperwork. He did not hesitate to stop his departure and assist in the paperwork completion. Shortly after the paperwork was arranged, I was sent to the finance dept. to wrap the purchase up. Unfortunately, that was the most aggressive sales pitch of the purchase. When declining the extended warranties and protection packages you are responded to with a more hostile tone to ensure that you understand your decision. You are “accepting nothing and declining everything” to further protect the vehicle. After returning to take delivery of the vehicle, Joe Johnson applies the tag to the truck in the pouring rain. He then took time to assist me with any questions that I may have about the trucks features. Before I left the dealership the onstar and mychevy account were set up. Days later, Joe, reaches out to make sure that I was enjoying the truck and was available to answer any questions. As a whole, I give the process a 4/5 star. It would have been nice to have agreed on a price without leaving the dealership. I would also enjoy competing the paperwork without the aggressive sales pitch for the extended warranty. Other than those two small gripes, the process was simple, laid back, and enjoyable. I love my new truck! More
