very negative experience..avoid! Very negative experience at this dealership. I purchased a new hyundai tucson about a month ago. I have 3 major issues I was not happy about. 1st I wa Very negative experience at this dealership. I purchased a new hyundai tucson about a month ago. I have 3 major issues I was not happy about. 1st I was mislead into thinking there was not manufacturer offer available for the model I wanted although I did remember seeing it on the website. So when I pressed on about it they said it was only for the base Fwd models. Turns out there was in fact a manufacturer offer available with a 2.79 rate as well as $500 cash back. They clearly wanted me to finance through their bank at a higher rate which I ended up doing. 2nd issue they secretly added $238 charge for window etching I never agreed to, and on top of that it was never even done. 3rd issue I participated in the hyundai boostup program and was suppose to get a $500 downpayment match which I never got. Upon contacting the dealer they said I was right and would be cutting me a check once they received money from hyundai it has been over 2 weeks and have yet to receive anything nor hear from franklin sussex hyundai. Very dishonest , avoid! More
