A little over a year ago i bought a 85k truck cash, 6 months ago the valve body went out, they tricked my wife into giving them q little over $3,000 for a bunch of repairs that were supposed to be “the f months ago the valve body went out, they tricked my wife into giving them q little over $3,000 for a bunch of repairs that were supposed to be “the fix” Less than 25 miles later the truck did the same thing bow they wanted 2,000 more to fix it, the truck was still under warranty plus i already had purchased an extended warranty that came with a ceramic coating for the truck that i never got or used.. After coming back and talking to the service representative rep they agreed to do a full refund on the money charged to “fix the truck” the first time.. since we had paid cash they said they had to send us a check because they don't keep cash in the store, i never got the refund at all!! The service dept in this place is shady and take advantage of people without any car knowledge More
