Buyer beware of purchasing off of the internet. Price advertised and emailed was NOT the price when I met the salesperson (Mr. Clay) for delivery. They added every protection plan that increased the price over $3,000. When I asked, the finance person (Hanna) told me it would be adjusted and credited toward my loan amount. I was told to sign and it would be adjusted. Hanna is no longer with the company, It has been 3 months and Mr. David Heimgartner has been little help. I have purchased many vehicles on the internet for my business and this is the first time a dealership has taken advantage. Major disappointment. More

Recently my wife had issues with her 2019 Jeep Cherokee; The Callaway and the service team were up front that it would be hard to produce the issue. They gave us a loaner and kept ours for 2.5 weeks. Go visit Kap (Kenneth) Brinkley he worked very hard to get us everything we wanted and he did. Very impressed with how he explained everything and was there through the whole process and on top of the he get us everything we wanted and he did.
