I recently brought my 2017 Ram Pro Master in for engine analytics. The staff at this location were very attentive, responsive and professional. Amazing experience. My wife and I inquired about a used vehicle. We were contacted quickly by Jake. Jake was very professional and at the same time, seemed like a friend instead of a salesman which we love vehicle. We were contacted quickly by Jake. My wife and I live in Indiana which is 3 hours away. Jake sent every picture and video that we asked for. He went above and beyond. Steve Hancock the finance manager was also amazing. Wish there was a score below 1 star! f you live in the Nashville area, save yourself a lot of problems and DO NOT buy or service a vehicle at Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! The absolute worst service I Nashville area, save yourself a lot of problems and DO NOT buy or service a vehicle at Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! The absolute worst service I have ever experienced in over 20 years! I normally do not post things like this, but I feel so compelled to help others not end up dealing with the issues we are. The extreme lack of professionalism, mismanagement, and DAMAGES we have had to deal with because of this dealership is truly mind-blowing. Can you imagine going to pick up your vehicle (after the 5th time they were suppose to fix it and over 2 collective months of it being at the dealership) and there are now *new* major interior and exterior damages that occurred while it was being serviced? Almost every time we have brought in our Jeep, it has incurred damages by this dealership. It also "mysteriously" is missing 3/4 of a tank of gas when we pick it up. It is totally unacceptable. Please heed this warning! I am seriously considering standing on the street outside this dealership with a sign warning others. It's just THAT BAD. I wish someone would have done this for us before we purchased our new Jeep here last year. We love the Jeep, but 150% regret buying from this dealer. More
