Frank Gill should be nominated the employee of the month Frank was contacted about the VW we wanted to buy, We came to the dealership, we were told by another sales person,that the car was sold already after Frank was contacted about the VW we wanted to buy, We came to the dealership, we were told by another sales person,that the car was sold already after we test drived the car, we left. We were contacted again by Frank who worked hard to give us a priority, in getting this car we wanted. Which was not sold after all, to someone else, as the manager claimed. Frank is awesome! Frank was very helpful throughout the whole experience. I came in to buy a pre owned Passat which Frank was happy to let me test drive it. When I got Frank was very helpful throughout the whole experience. I came in to buy a pre owned Passat which Frank was happy to let me test drive it. When I got back, his manager had told us the car was sold already. He was very condescending about it, but Frank took down my number and offered to give me a call if the car didn't end up getting sold. Sure enough, it wasn't sold despite his manager being an xxx about it, and Frank gave me a call. He waited outside for me to show up and made it very easy for me. Awesome guy! More
