Buyer beware I took my vehicle in to fox vw to get a second opinion on a diagnosis. I was told I needed a $1000 repair! After calling out the service manager Mike I took my vehicle in to fox vw to get a second opinion on a diagnosis. I was told I needed a $1000 repair! After calling out the service manager Mike about this diagnosis, I got every excuse under the sun why I was told this was the fix I needed. I have had my vehicle to a 3 different service centers and fox was the only one that said it was this problem. If 2 other dealers are saying that isn't the fix needed. How can you justify trying to rip off a customer. Never again will I return to this dealership. Buyers beware of this rip off artist and this company. More

Extremely Professional, and a Stress Free Experience I almost didn't go to Fox VW because I heard about some dirt cheap leases Chrysler had going but I'm so glad that Fox was the first place I went to wh I almost didn't go to Fox VW because I heard about some dirt cheap leases Chrysler had going but I'm so glad that Fox was the first place I went to when I decided to shop for a lease. Fox VW was the only dealership I had to visit that day and I seriously wasn't expecting to leave with a new Jetta but Rofl really made my experience a stress free one. I usually dread the whole ordeal of shopping for a new car but Rolf treated me with respect, and was extremely friendly. I knew VW was better quality than my other options but I didn't think the prices would be as advertised, Rolf worked with me and got me an amazing deal on my Jetta. I cannot stress how thankful I am I went with Fox VW, it definitely isn't your ordinary dealership. Even my friends and co-workers love the deal that I got, and I couldn't be happier with it.
