This was the second VW dealership I visited before making my purchase. I had also visited many other manufacturer dealerships. This also was the fourth new car that I have purchased, so I have seen several d my purchase. I had also visited many other manufacturer dealerships. This also was the fourth new car that I have purchased, so I have seen several different dealerships. I originally called in and spoke to Theron, and he answered many of my questions and was very courteous. I later went into the dealership and saw him. He was very understanding of my position and what I was looking for. He was also very honest. There were a couple very specific questions that I asked him and he advised me that he was a bit new to the dealership, rather than lying to me, and he went and confirmed the answers to those questions before answering them for me. Price was a big issue for me and they worked with me very much on it. Based on the pricing that I had received at the other dealership compared to what they were offering me, I could tell that they were truly trying to help me. I purchased the car during a great promo and they were even able to help make that promo match my needs. All in all, I was extremely impressed with Theron's professionalism, honesty, and his ability to be personable and make me feel like I was dealing with a friend rather than a salesperson. And I was also very impressed with the dealership's professionalism and caring to help me find what met my needs best, rather than what they wanted to sell. More

I initially went to the Troy, MI dealership as it is closer in proximity to my home but the sales person along with the finance person was very unpleasant to deal with. They were beyond rude and unwilling to help/explain as to why I was not approved when I informed them upon arrival that I've already been approved by VW credit as I filled out the application online. I did not understand why they were less than courteous to me so I went to Fox in search of answers. Sean from the very beginning listened as I explained the bad experience I had at Somerset dealership in Troy. Between himself & the Finance Manager (I can't remember her name), I walked away with not only with my new Jetta but a great experience! Sean worked very hard in finding exactly what I WANTED in the time frame I needed and the lady Finance Manager was very nice, kind, & truly very good at her job. We went in on a busy, rainy Saturday to test drive the Passat and Theron was a pleasure to work with. He pulled up two cars for us to test drive and we had a lot of laughs in the car. We talked some numbers and decided to think it over for a day and get back in touch the following Monday. We returned on Monday, agreed to a price and Theron, Maureen and I'm sure a few others, stayed past their 9 pm closing time to make sure we had a clean car with a full tank and all of the paperwork was taken care of. I walked into fox around lunch time on a Wednesday. I was approached immediately by a younger salesman named Alex. Extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and very polite. I was introduced to Rob the sales manager about 5 minutes into our discussion, who was also knowledgeable and easy to work with. They both made me feel welcome, and like I could really trust their help. I am not ready to buy yet since I am buying a house shortly, but when I am, I will DEFINITELY be back to visit Alex and Rob. Highly Recommend. I have been to several other dealerships in the past few weeks, and Fox is the only one I'll be returning to. Thanks again guys! More
