I have had such a great experience with Fox dealer. Fred and his manager Rob were such a pleasure to work with. They were honest and very helpful and made it so simple and fun to buy a car. I went into Fox for my 30K mile service and was interested in what was required of me when trading in my lease and what the next steps were to get into a new lease. The car I had was my wife and my first lease, and the Sign Then Drive promotion was going on, so we were interested to see if there were any options for us to get into a new vehicle a little early. Alex Giacona came out to the Service Center area and met us and took us in to talk about the options. Alex was great! We appreciate it when someone is there to answer questions and provide recommendations when asked, but aside from that, they let the car do the selling. Alex was really good at recommending various vehicles based on what we were looking for. We took a vehicle home for the night and when we returned it the next day my wife and I test drove a few more vehicles. Alex was always there to answer questions and spent a good amount of time with us walking around the lot and looking at various cars. One of the things I appreciated the most was that Alex ran the numbers on all the vehicles we were looking at, let us take them home to review, followed up with an email the next day to see if we had any questions (which we did), and was able to get us the information we needed to make the best decision for our family. After a couple of days of working with Alex, my wife and I leased a great car that we are going to love and I think a lot of that had to do with Alex and the Fox team. I'm a returning customer to Fox, and I'll continue to return to Fox and work with Alex in the future. In my opinion, you can't find a better Sales and Service team in the area. Our salesperson was not high pressure but was very informative and helpful in answering all of our questions. He gave us several possibilities to consider and we came up with the correct choice, I believe. We are happy with our VW Touareg and Alex was very helpful in explaining all of the features at delivery. I had left about 5 CD's in our trade in, and Alex even contacted me after the trade and purchase to tell me he had my CD's and would save them for me. First of all I did not have a clue this dealership was still in business. I see every other dealerships ads on the paper, TV, radio so I went to three others stores first because I heard or saw their ads still in business. I was driving to a friends house and I saw a VW logo on the street. I looked it up on line and found it. They all did treat me very well and I feel I did get the best price and service It was about a three day process because I had the other dealers hounding me. The sales people at Fox did not push for the sale that day. I wasn't ready. I would refer people to Fox but I will say they need to get their name out there more and prove to people they are the 'nicer' dealership, Like I said I didn't know they were open because I saw/heard all the other store's ads. You NEED better advertsing! More
