Excellent Service I walked in to test drive a Buick SUV. I was greeted by Jenifer who showed me the Buick Encore. Once I test drove it, I knew that was the vehicle for I walked in to test drive a Buick SUV. I was greeted by Jenifer who showed me the Buick Encore. Once I test drove it, I knew that was the vehicle for me. I was currently in another lease that was ending in December. However, I was upside down and over my mileage. Jenifer worked very hard and diligent to get me out of that lease and into the new Encore. I am so pleased and very excited. Jenifer was very professional, encouraging, and upbeat. She answered all and any questions, including providing a detailed look at the features of my 2017 Buick Encore. I also had a meeting with the Ed (Service Department), which included discussing classes to learn more about the vehicle, information about the servicing and warranties included with the lease, and some free goodies.
