Great customer service, care, communication and fairness. Went above and beyond to resolve an issue and covered it under warranty (bought Certified Pre-Owned Acadia Denali). Andrea is so responsive and thorough - she made a normally very frustrating and drawn out process simple and quick. She wasn't pushy - she really listened to what I wanted and found me exactly what I needed. She had all my paperwork ready when I arrived, which shows she values my time (of which I have precious little!). I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received from Andrea, and from Sellers in general. I definitely will be returning here to renew my leases, and will recommend her to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. More

Responsive, Respectful and Customer Friendly Sales Staff Buying or leasing a new vehicle can be a daunting experience. With so many models and options to consider it can become a difficult decision. I leased Buick Enclave which is THE BEST FAMILY SUV in my opinion. Truly elegant. Couple of years ago I had worked with Jim Borthwick, but at that time I did not lease Buick. Couple of months ago, when I went again to take a look at Buicks, Jim recognized me and most importantly he still greeted me with same curtsey which he had shown before even though at that time, I did not buy or lease. I visited 3 or 4 times to check out different models with my family and every time Jim exhibited the same enthusiasm. Jim and his sales manager Steve worked with me to get me the best possible deal. I am extremely happy and completely satisfied with the sales experience at this dealership. Tushar More

While we were on a test drive he would pull the next SUV around clean, running with a beverage of our choice in side. When I say I was impressed it's an under statement.
