Hi Justin, the events you are describing were something we took full responsibility for when it occurred in November of 2016. In November, we made multiple gestures and presented several options to correct the incident with our sincerest apologies from our entire team. Our service team thoroughly inspected your vehicle for any water intrusion, taking the vehicle apart and replacing any components that may have been exposed to water with new, genuine, GM parts. In order to ensure the vehicle was returned to pristine condition we removed the seats, carpet, front seat covers, examined seat padding, and the seat-heating elements - all of which were thoroughly dried and showed no signs of damage from moisture. We also replaced the entire shifter and the safety belt buckles to ensure neither were compromised in any way. While this is something we never-ever want any of our customers to experience, we took full responsibility when it occurred nearly 6 months ago. Hello Sellers Buick GMC, First, yes this happened 6 months ago. I just now signed up here after buying a vehicle from another dealership and I thought it was important to leave a review of Sellers to warn others of your dealership now that I have an account. This isn't the first time Sellers has made a major mistake. It wasn't just this one time problem, you have a track record of poor service with my vehicles. I have discussed this with Pat Hogan, and his solution was to try to sell me another vehicle with a higher payment. Pretty lousy to trash a customers vehicle and then try to flip a sale out of it. Taking full responsibility would have been terminating the lease on the damaged vehicle so I could lease/buy a new GMC Terrain from a dealership of my choice. You failed to do so, hence this review.
