Tood Hitsman has been my service advisor the last few times I have been in for my last few services. He is so friendly and welcoming. The waiting lounge is spread out, with plenty of electrical outlets times I have been in for my last few services. He is so friendly and welcoming. Chris was one of the best service technicians I have ever encountered!! He was professional, explained all of the work needed and not dismissive of my questions or concerns. Although I was initially shocked (!) about the work needed on my vehicle, Chris assured me I was in good hands. He attempted to get as much covered under my extended warranty and apologized for what was not covered. My repairs will have to be done in stages, but Chris reviewed highest to lowest priority, which I appreciated. This was my first visit to Sellers, but I am familiar with the name (as a lifelong Detroiter). I was very impressed with the facility, the staff and the service.
