Great place to get your Buick! I had some history with Sellers; in the past I'd purchased a few cars from them and had always used their Service Department for any GM car I had, but I had some history with Sellers; in the past I'd purchased a few cars from them and had always used their Service Department for any GM car I had, but I've been driving Fords for the last few years. Wanting to get back to a GM product I stopped in last week and was introduced to Mike Schmidt. Within 15 minutes of arriving Mike had rounded up the cars I was interested in and had them lined up at the front door so I could test drive them. He then worked up pricing for me to compare costs and I was able to make a choice I was comfortable with. Bottom line: I have an Envision I really like and I paid a price that I was happy with and within my budget. Mike is friendly, affable and patient - never pushing me. His fellow Garber Teammates Jim Borthwick and Dennis Cummings came over and introduced themselves and made sure I knew that if I needed anything and Mike wasn't available, they were there for me, too. Entire staff amazing warm and welcoming. From the front desk reception to the sellers. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They all worked as a team. Which made our wait time very short. He had our car waiting before we arrived. There was a sign that read "reserved for Michael Daniels" very nice touch. We felt like they cared about our experience as customers. No one tried to push a higher amount on us. There was no one whispering or talking in private. I wanted to walk around outside and everyone spoke to me. Other sellers, the men that were standing outside. After that amazing treatment. I decided to get a car from their lot. I had no plans on getting a Buick. I just felt I would rather change my entire vehicle choice just to make sure I spend my money with people that truly work hard to make me feel appreciated as a customer. In 2017 sadly that's rare. Please know that's the best dealership I've ever been to. I'm glade it ended well because my dad and I walked out from the dealership in Waterford on highland earlier that day. They made us feel unwanted. They left us standing forever without anyone at the desk. She finally returned with a stuffed full mouth without greeting us just asked who we were suppose to see. That dealership was cold and we could tell they didn't care if we got a car or not. So after leaving and getting such superb service in Farmington Hills Grandriver location. I understand it's not Buick. It just matters which location you go to. Thank you. I will be returning. More

Upon picking up the vehicle, Tim took the time to go over the features of the vehicle and set it up for me. In all my years of purchasing different vehicle brands, I have to say that I have never had a sales person who actually followed through after the sale. My husband and I will definitely be working with Tim for future purchases of GMC vehicles. More
