When my husband and I arrived at the dealership, after speaking with Tim, Tim had already pulled the vehicle we were inquiring about out and placed ne When my husband and I arrived at the dealership, after speaking with Tim, Tim had already pulled the vehicle we were inquiring about out and placed near the side door. We all introduced our self's and after that he asked who would be test driving the vehicle and asked if he could get a copy of the drivers license. He gave me the key and invited me to go out and inspect the vehicle. After Tim made a copy of my husbands ID he placed the dealer plate on the vehicle and told us to take a ride and take our time. When we got back at the dealership he talked with us like we mattered, I know he was trying to sell the car but now of days customer service can be a mess no matter what, oh and I left out that before we left for our test drive he offered us both a beverage twice. Tim was very honest and direct with us and worked with us to get the best deal available which I believe we did. Tim's customer service extended even more to buying us lunch on him at the deli they have inside the dealership which I thought was awesome!!! If you want a car buying experience that is comfortable, non demanding and not wasted on xx then Tim Egan is the guy to talk to. Oops again I left out something. Tim realized I was having allergy problems and immediately offered tissue and a waste paper basket without skipping a beat. Well we did buy the car and we love it and at the end of the day we got a 2014 GMC Acadia (certified) and a gift bag with some nice things inside, Tim even helped clear out our turned in vehicle, how cool is that. We will see Tim and Sellers Buick/GMC for our next car buying experience and will recommend our friends and family!!!!!!!!!!! More
