I have had a great experience with the service department beginning with my first experience when I needed the cross bars for my roof rack. The parts department was very helpful, made sure I got the part and even helped me get it installed. Since then I have taken both our 2010 GMC Acadia and our 2013 Buick Verano for service and would and have recommended them to family and friends! All of the employees I have met have been friendly and helpful. When I need an appointment I call Ed in the service write up area and I get an appointment and the car is ready when they say it is. We recently bought a 2017 Acadia Limited and were extremely appreciative of the help we got from Pat Hogan, Artie Bryan and Helen Harrington during the process! It was a very upbeat and positive experience. I have also gotten to know the owner, Sam Slaughter over the past year or so through his involvement in the Farmington Community with a commitment to make it better. That same commitment I have seen first hand in the way his dealership treats it customers! More

I leased a 2017 Terrain via phone and email and was totally satisfied with my choice delivery. Phil had everything ready as promised and even informed me the lease price was $15 less than first planned. As I stated in my last review Phil Haelterman is very knowledgeable, hard working, honest, informative and very thorough. No surprises like other salesman at other dealers I've dealt with, never felt like I wasnt getting a good deal or service.
