My Acadia is *perfect*, and so is this dealership! I am VERY, VERY happy with my Acadia! I wasn't thrilled to be car shopping, went to many brands for test driving. My son and husband stopped in and me I am VERY, VERY happy with my Acadia! I wasn't thrilled to be car shopping, went to many brands for test driving. My son and husband stopped in and met Jim--then came home and told me I had to drive the Acadia! Went back for a test drive by myself. Jim was courteous, informative and spent quite a bit of time with me. After the test drive, I knew I wanted this vehicle. My husband and I chose our package, then sat with Jim to fill out forms. Financing was easy through Sellers. We have had our vehicle 10 mos. now, and we have never had a problem with it. When we took our car in for the first oil change, I was informed they were taking care of a light issue--the adjustment was made and I never noticed anything before or after (minor issue). Jim and the entire Sellers team are easy to work with. I recommend Jim to anyone looking for a vehicle. When I need my next vehicle, I will definitely head to Sellers to deal with Jim. I have had a great experience with the service department beginning with my first experience when I needed the cross bars for my roof rack. The parts department was very helpful, made sure I got the part and even helped me get it installed. Since then I have taken both our 2010 GMC Acadia and our 2013 Buick Verano for service and would and have recommended them to family and friends! All of the employees I have met have been friendly and helpful. When I need an appointment I call Ed in the service write up area and I get an appointment and the car is ready when they say it is. We recently bought a 2017 Acadia Limited and were extremely appreciative of the help we got from Pat Hogan, Artie Bryan and Helen Harrington during the process! It was a very upbeat and positive experience. I have also gotten to know the owner, Sam Slaughter over the past year or so through his involvement in the Farmington Community with a commitment to make it better.
