He put in a lot of time to find the features that were important to us and explained in great detail the optional features available. Someone else within the sales team, I believe her name was Lisa, gave us the best description we have ever had regarding elective coverage we may wish to have on our vehicle (extended wear and tear, tire program, etc.). The day of our purchase Tom was highly organized and had everything ready for us at our arrival time. He explained all forms and then gave us a complete tutorial of our new vehicle (even helped our son figure out his very own heated seat!). We also would like to acknowledge that Pat English was very helpful in getting our previous vehicle ready for return!
