New to Buick I am a previous Toyota owner. I paid my 2011 Camry off and, had no plans on getting another vehicle until I had repaired my credit increasing my FICA I am a previous Toyota owner. I paid my 2011 Camry off and, had no plans on getting another vehicle until I had repaired my credit increasing my FICA score. Keeping to what usually is the case, once paid off, the Camry began to have problems, clicking noise coming from the engine. I had experienced some financial difficulties that encouraged me to find any discounts I could. The opportunity to use my mothers A-plan led me to a GM dealership. Giving my credit score situation, upon entering, I ask the receptionist to let me speak with her, "best most seasoned" salesperson. She connected me with Tony Seloske and, she could not have been more on point with his knowledge and expertise. He was very professional, warm and, patient from the time we met. He also connected me with Helen in the finance department who was equally as talented and professional. Sellers should consider themselves privileged to have these two individuals on their team. Best New Car Purchase Experience Ever I had been considering the purchase of a particular Buick model, and was checking dealer inventories to find the color and content of the car I was lo I had been considering the purchase of a particular Buick model, and was checking dealer inventories to find the color and content of the car I was looking for. I checked all the Buick dealers within a fifty mile radius and found the exact car I wanted at Sellers Buick GMC. Not being familiar with Sellers, I talked with a friend who bought from them and was very pleased. He recommended that I contact his salesman, Tony Seloske. I arrived at Sellers at about 10AM Monday 3/25 /19 and ask to see Tony. As soon as we met, we hit it off like old friends. I told him I was interested in a particular car listed in their inventory. He pulled it up on his computer,and we began developing a possible sale. I won't go through the nitty gritty, but I hadn't purchased a new car in seven years and found a lot has changed. Tony was extremely thorough and extremely patient. After about two hours, all my questions and concerns were covered. I said OK, I am buying when can the car be delivered. He said how about 4PM. I returned at the appointed time with my trade in vehicle and a check for the balance. We concluded all the paper work, and walked out to the car. Because this car was a monumental upgrade from any previous vehicle, Tony spent the next hour and a half carefully walking me through all the features, location and operation of all the controls. Also, he called Onstar from the car and transfered Onstar, XM, and cell phone minutes from my old car to the new car. After we were all done, Tony told me to be sure to complete my registration on the Buick Owner's web site because there are additional benefits available. I tried to do that the next morning but I as having problems so I called Tony and he was able to help me. I am a senior citizen, I can tell you in all honesty I have purchased many vehicles, but have never been treated with as much care and respect as with this salesman and this dealership. More
