When I shared with him that we were in Cincinnati but willing to make the drive for the right deal, he immediately said “let me grab the keys and actually drive it”. After driving it, he gave me his honest assessment and sent me additional pictures. From there, we were able to agree on a trade in amount via email, text, and phone calls. Needless to say, we made the four hour drive to MI the next day. Artie was upfront and honest from our first phone call and it was such a refreshing experience! Once we arrived at the dealership, everyone was so easy going and was truly excited for my daughter and her first car purchase. They truly treat their customers like they would want to be treated. We own a 2007 Pontiac with 101,000 miles on the odometer which was purchased new and has been well maintained by the excellent Service Department. Having recently moved 250 miles away from metro Detroit, we continue to lease our primary vehicle at Sellers. Three weeks ago we swapped a 2017 GMC Terrain for a new 2020 Terrain. Our long time salesperson, Tony Seloske, expertly handled our requests and found the exact vehicle with the exact options in the requested color. All we had to do was show up with the old vehicle and sign the paperwork for the new one. Tony spent several minutes going over all of the Terrain's features before we drove off. More
