I was pleased with the vehicle I purchased and the purchase experience was fine. But the LoJack on the car didn't work and it took me 8 days, 6 phone calls, numerous texts, and three visits to the de purchase experience was fine. In addition, the dealership never offered to complete the title work for me, but instead sent me the title paperwork with a letter saying "As one of the guests who chose to complete their own title work . . ." I did NOT choose to complete my own title work; no other option was ever offered. Now I have to go spend a delightful visit to the BMV. Not my best car-buying experience, overall. More

Had brakes replaced last June.
