I had an appt for an oil change and lube at 10:30AM. At 12:30PM, I was still waiting, in the waiting room. Went to service desk, keys were hanging on the wall, car was done. The service writer that checked me in wasn't there, probably at lunch, but surely someone should let the customer know when the car is ready. Another writer gave me the keys and apologized. Otherwise, all went smoothly. More

Very hard to get into right now, but that was not the reason for the 3. The service department told me I was 2nd in line to get service. Then I watched 4-5 people who came into the dealership after me get their service and go home. What about 2nd in-line? My time is valuable also, please have more respect for that fact. More
