1. This service was for a 15,000 checkup. I bought the car at your dealership a year ago (it was new at the time). When I got the car there was a rattle in the left side of the driver's side when going o car at your dealership a year ago (it was new at the time). When I got the car there was a rattle in the left side of the driver's side when going over rough road, but it was inconsistent. Sounds like something is not screwed in. For this service call I told the girl the noise is getting more consistent and could they take a look. Without even looking at the car the girl told me they would need to take out the dashboard. It could be an easy fix without removing the dashboard. Lazy... 2. Car was not washed after the service. Call in back to let her know and nothing was done. 3. This is the second survey that I have filled out for the same service. The first survey I also voiced my concerns asked for a manager to call me back and received no call. Toyota had the best service around, but something has changed. That is why I bought the car there was because of your great service. New people need to be trained better so the customer is satisfied. My ask was very routine. More
