The wait for a finance person once you’ve decided to buy is way too long. Once you get in with their finance department, they will pressure you into add ons and lie to you about different aspects of it to s is way too long. When you try to confront them later or get a change (within 1 day), they will again lie and say there is nothing they can do. But if you escalate and contact someone higher up, they will suddenly be able to do something. I’ve also tried getting other information from the salesperson and never hear back and have to call several times and ask for a manager. More

I haven't bought a new car in almost 20 years and this was the first time buying one on my own. No one explained anything to me with the paperwork or financing and the fact that if I wanted to secure my o was the first time buying one on my own. They got me a rate of 6. 49% with a credit union in Fort Wayne. I went to my own credit union and found a rate of 4.84%. Looking through the purchase agreement there were two charges that total almost $4,000 that I never approved. It's my own fault for not looking them over but I felt this all should have been explained to me, which it wasn't. I just felt like all they were focused on was the sale and not me as a customer.
