I called service and they told me to have her bring it on in. She said Zach met her with a smile, took the vehicle to have it looked at. Disappointing I booked a $170 20,000 mile service online when i went to pay they said it was $250 and that they do not have services offered for that price I showed I booked a $170 20,000 mile service online when i went to pay they said it was $250 and that they do not have services offered for that price I showed them my phone where the desl was but i guess i “settled” for $205 but really i had been there for almost 4 hours so just wanted to leave especially since i wanted them to fix my spoiler that was coming off i had just bought my cpi 17 maxima platinum fro ed martin in anderson they said any nissan will fix it no problem but you guys said nope cant do it your car has been wrecked not our problem its “their” problem. This is coming from richardson the service manager because the girl working didn’t have a clue but ya he said cant do call martins. So i called martins they ft wayne is just trying to upsale you bring it on down no problem so i did they fixed and adjusted the trunk free of charge took less than 2 hrs! And by the wsy ft Wayne did not hand wash or sweep the car like they were supposed to by the service package I purchased! So long story short i got screwed out of $35 bucks but thats also what the service manager said too trying to make me feel bad i guess. Not impressed at all. Not sure what else to say other than ft Wayne did quote me the cost the repairs through them so maybe I’ll just be taking my car an hour and half south for better service. And martins does not think my car was wrecked I believe them! More

Buying used car Had service trouble on my car that I traded. They were unable to repair my air conditioner- told 2 weeks and it was still in the shop. Had a good experience looking for a replacement - salesman was excellent and extremely helpful. Price for used car was too low but I didn’t have much choice - my trade in shop. My trade is a long story but when I purchased new I had lots of trouble and had several issues. But I was stuck because Nissan had my car in the shop. Then after buying it did not get any paperwork - then said they would email and never did - now I have nothing in the mail either. Poorly run maintenance shop and dealership. The reason for my rating is based on the quality of Nissan’s parts. I had a new AC Compressor installed just under 2 years ago, and I found out yesterday that I need another new AC Compressor installed. I would have thought an AC Compressor would last longer than this, and I had brought my vehicle back in less than a year to check the AC because it was not working consistently. To find out I need to spend over $1000 again yesterday for another new AC Compressor is very disappointing. It seems like Nissan should stand behind there parts better, and make this right. I will be looking for a new car soon, and based on this experience I’m not sure I will purchase another Nissan. More

Poor Customer Service I came into this location to get my oil changed, I purchased my vehicle from this place new in 2017. Kevin Hass was extremely rude and obviously need I came into this location to get my oil changed, I purchased my vehicle from this place new in 2017. It’s too much competition out here to deal with the lack of professionalism I experienced from him today. From the time I entered he acted as if I was interrupting him, extremely short and acted as if he was agitated about being at work. More
