Exceptional experience. Channing Williams & Tim Zickmund were both very professional and knowledgeable. Channing knew the details of the Murano like it was his own. Communication was and still is just awful. Tim emailed one me price and then completely denied it stating it was a typo. Ended up purchasing vehicle anyway because I loved it. Thank goodness I did the math! When I picked up the vehicle there was a huge hole in drivers side mat. Not something I would expect with a $40k purchase. However, Tim did get me new mats upon my request. I have been holding out on leaving my feedback but I purchased vehicle 7 weeks ago - still waiting on promises made through contract. More
