Initial service on my vehicle was performed on 6/23/2022 and diagnosed as a problem with a BLOWER RESISTOR. The part was not available at the dealer and needed to be ordered, service advisor checked, and on and diagnosed as a problem with a BLOWER RESISTOR. The part was not available at the dealer and needed to be ordered, service advisor checked, and one was available at NISSAN parts warehouse, estimated arrival of two weeks. Checked back with service advisor on 7/12/2022 to see if there was any update on the needed part. On checking, the needed part still showed up as being at the parts warehouse. With all the hot weather lately and the inability to use my vehicle air conditioning, there didn't seem to be any indication of resolving this problem in a timely manner. More

My 2012 Murano would not start after arriving from out-of-state. I jumped the battery and drove to Fort Wayne Nissen. The service department took my service order after only a short wait, checked th out-of-state. I jumped the battery and drove to Fort Wayne Nissen. The service department took my service order after only a short wait, checked the battery and did a 27 point inspection to try and identify the issue. Nothing was found to be wrong, the battery was fine and they recommended no repairs. Instead, they washed my car and sent me on my way within one hour and without any charge. Could I have left something on that drained all the power from my battery? It appears that was likely the case. Whatever the cause, I left assured that my car would get me home; which it did. In closing, I should add that everyone who helped me was nice, listened as I described my circumstance and my service advisor exhibited a sincere desire to help. Thank you Fort Wayne Nissen and to everyone there who helped me. A special thanks to my service advisor. More
