Everyone is nice. I was told I needed to prepay for parts and they would arrive timely. I got a call from the Nissan part supplier who told me 3 hours after I dropped I was told I needed to prepay for parts and they would arrive timely. I got a call from the Nissan part supplier who told me 3 hours after I dropped off my car that the parts had just arrived. He told me the day before (when I prepaid over the phone) that they would arrive before I dropped off my car at 8 am. The good news is that the car was fixed. I was quoted 8.5 hours of service time, which thankfully was incorrect and referred to a different model. It ended up being less time and less expensive. Ultimately, this is the Nissan dealership in the area, so your choices for competition are limited. The repairs were completed in a day and below the (overestimated) budget. The average rating refers to parts and estimate. I’m satisfied with the repairs and the pleasant service people. I would prefer more competency in estimating and not to have to prepay for parts. More
Oil change/tire rotation went fine.
