This past experience was nothing but trouble. First of all, my original appt. was August 1 for an oil change and I informed them that our air conditioning didn't work. The part had to be ordere First of all, my original appt. was August 1 for an oil change and I informed them that our air conditioning didn't work. The part had to be ordered and was supposed to be in on August 3rd. No one ever called me to say the part was in. I called three weeks later to find out it had been in for some time, and the service department should have called us. I had to pay for the part at the time of my oil change, unaware of our "bumper to bumper" warrantee coverage. When I came in for the air conditioning repair, I asked the employee whether this was covered under warrantee. He said yes and said he would check on getting a refund on the part we had purchased in advance. I waited three hours to learn that the car wasn't ready, and I would have to take home a loaner car. When I returned the following day to pick up my car I was told I didn't have to pay anything, and I asked again whether we would get a refund for the part. The employee said he would check. After a half hour, at least, he returned to tell me that after "doing some digging" the part wasn't covered, and he proceeded to tell me I owed $210.00 for labor and costs for additional parts. Needless to say, I was very upset. I will say the employee was very professional and understood my situation. Both days I was there, he was running around constantly helping customers. After discussing this with my husband, he spoke to someone and hopefully all has been cleared up. You have most likely lost a customer due to all this mess. More
