Everyone at Nissan Service are very nice and professional. I especially like that you have a shuttle service - they took me to Hall's Diner while my car was being serviced and then picked me professional. We have never complained about our service but after yesterday we think the service issues we experienced need to be addressed. We had an appointment at 9:00 am. We had another appointment elsewhere yesterday we think the service issues we experienced need to be addressed. We had an appointment at 9:00 am. We had another appointment elsewhere at 10:30 that day. My husband waited nearly an hour before the oil change was completed at 10:22. This is very poor customer service to clients like us who have been faithful customers for several years. Per your phone call with me today as a follow up, there was a service employee out due to a bad back which resulted in delays. If this were to happen in the future, we would appreciate if you called to reschedule rather than make us wait for so long. What is the point of having an appointment? We are considering other options for get your car serviced as this is totally unacceptable. Our daughter obtained an oil change today with another company and the service was completed in 20 minutes for $30 less. The service there was friendly and prompt and she had no appointment. I hope your service improves. More
I have had bad experiences at Nissan service in the past, I only go here when am told that the dealership are the only ones that can work on my car because it is Nissan. For 2 days that my car was there the I only go here when am told that the dealership are the only ones that can work on my car because it is Nissan. For 2 days that my car was there the battery was changed which I paid for and I have been told that they have not been able to find what the problem was. The advisor I was working with told me the technician took it for a drive twice after checking transmission etc. and never found the problem. He too drove around when I went to check on the car after 2 days of it being there. As soon as I left the parking lot to join lima to go home in the car, I knew my car still had issues. Nissan works on cars, how can they drive my car that is jerking and not notice there is no speed and the car jerks when accelerating after a stop. Those 2 days I was there if I did not call they wouldn't call me or there was a reason I couldn't be reached but no missed call or message left. When I got home and took a close look at the receipt, it says I declined inspection which is a lie. My car was towed Saturday after they had closed, and it wasn't running, I had made an appointment for Monday because I had taken it there the week before and they said I need to bring it in when the technician who could look at it was around. How can I decline inspection? My car wasn't running when I took it in and I am nervous to drive it with issues. I was there Monday evening asking about my car because no one picks the phone or tries to call back. Again, I was there Tuesday evening asking what else can be done and the advisor says nothing because they used what he called a TCM to check my transmission and they did not get anything wrong. He brought it after a test drive and said he doesn't feel anything wrong and it wasn't jerking anymore. It is doing the same thing even worse than the first time I took it to them. If there was another Nissan service dealer in Fort Wayne, I would go. My experiences have never been the best here. I am still trying to get hold of the manager to help me with the service and today he wasn't there. I just want my car to be looked at and problem resolved and honest information given because it could get worse and get me or family in a dangerous situation when driving it. More

I had an appointment at noon. Left it there 2 and 1/2 hours. Came back had not even started on it. I said...I’m taking it and going home. Was told it would take 10 minutes to Left it there 2 and 1/2 hours. Came back had not even started on it. I said...I’m taking it and going home. Was told it would take 10 minutes to check it out. It took 20 and I stood there and waited. Appointments mean you have an assigned time and it will be looked at. Extremely frustrating. I am 25 miles away one way. This needs fixed. More
