UPDATE: As you can probably tell, most of the responses on this page are copy pasta. I decided to give them benefit of the doubt and called the number provided. There is no system to address these concerns. The operator who answered couldn't understand why I was calling and blanket transferred me to service. That service rep asked why I was calling and transferred me to management. Management didn't answer and so I left a voicemail. That was 11am yesterday, still with no callback or solution to this issue. So the dealership is attempting to save face with their copy pasta AND waste more of my time in this pony-chase for actual service to address my actual issue.
