I took my new car in for body buffing to fix damage caused by snow removal at the dealership. It was supposed to take 2 hours maximum. I was there from 9:00-3:00 waiting. When my salesman arrived for the day at 12:00, the bodyshop had never started on my car because no one from the dealership told them I was waiting rather than having dropped off the car. The sales manager was rude and a big @ss. Didn't honor contract. They were late on my deliver on my vehicle. They only care what is going in their pocket not yours. When I picked up my van it was supposed to be detailed inside and out and it was not. Phil was a great help finding me my dream car at an amazing price. He took the time to find exactly what I wanted and needed. I had looked at several other dealerships and none of them tried to show me amazing price. He took the time to find exactly what I wanted and needed. The service department manager, Brian, is a complete jerk and quite honestly one of the rudest people I have had the misfortune of talking to. I had an appointment on Friday because my 2017 Sorento engine wa and quite honestly one of the rudest people I have had the misfortune of talking to. I had an appointment on Friday because my 2017 Sorento engine was ticking, I get greeting by a pleasant man who tells me unfortunately if he hooks it up to the diagnostic machine and it fails (he said by listening to it, he was certain it would) then I would have to leave my car there and because they have no loaner cars right now that I should come back on Wednesday because they signed a contract with enterprise so they would have more cars available to loan. So I said great what time, he asked if 4 would work and I said sounds good and drove the hour back home. Tuesday I called just to double check that I would for sure have a rental car available and everything was still good to go, Brian answered the phone and informed me that he fired the man I spoke with on Friday and they do not offer loaner cars. So I said what happens when I bring my car up and it fails then? He informed me that “his hands were tied” and basically I was xxxx out of luck because he would not give me my car back and he had no vehicles for me to drive home in.. we are a family of 5 and have 1 vehicle, I have no friends or family living close enough that just have a spare car sitting around.. I asked what am I suppose to do then, just drive it until the entire motor blows up? His response was “well your driving it now, aren’t you?!” 🤦🏼♀️ I called Kia corporate and they said that is absolutely not how things are done and tried calling to speak to him but he wouldn’t take the call (of course) so Kia advised me to try Kia in Toledo. I just got off the phone with them and they have me all taken care of! They were kind and completely understood the issue and will have a rental car waiting for me when I get there! Granted I do have to pay the $35 a day charge but at least they gave me options and worked with me to find a solution rather than basically saying f*xx you! Never again will I be back to Fort Wayne Kia, or recommend them to anyone. More

I have worked with Tom several times now, and will always ask for his assistance with any car purchasing needs I may have in the future. He is honest and really cares about his customers. More
