They made things right. Car came with only one key FOB (didn't know till after everything was signed). I bought a FOB online and they programmed it for me for no charge. More

I appreciate your response, but already had reached out previously. No follow through occurred. So now I feel there’s really no point. I refuse to go back to the service center and was trying to do the loyal thing, since I bought it there.
