We walked into the dealership ready to buy. The salesman promised us the car would be detailed as it was filthy inside and that he would make sure the gas tank was full. We finished up with the leasing area and walked out and the salesman met us and and said the car was being detailed and wasn't ready. We didn't push it and instead agreed to leave for 2 hours and return when it was ready, which we did. We returned two hours later and the salesman handed us our keys. We had already been there for three hours prior and the 2 made it 5 hours at the dealership. When we went to get into the car it was still filthy not detailed at all and the gas tank was at 1/4 tank. 5 hours of our day gone and no promises fulfilled. They offered to do it while we were there but we had no time left. Then they offered an appt slot which would have taken two more hours. This all should have been done as promised not adding more time to take from our lives and wait in a lobby. My husband has always wanted a kia optima and this experience ruined a very proud moment. Needless to say I wanted to purchase a vehicle for my daughter who is turning 16 and my son in 6 years from fort wayne kia... I doubt I will do business here again. We are both veterans and to us a promise is meant to be kept.... they certainly didn't fulfill their end. More
