Quick and easy I was scheduled for service at a time of my convenience. I was met at the drop off station by a lot of smiles and 'How can we help you'. Rick took c I was scheduled for service at a time of my convenience. I was met at the drop off station by a lot of smiles and 'How can we help you'. Rick took care of the paperwork with ease and set me up with a loaner vehicle. The young man who took that information (Sorry, I don't recall his name) was very warm and friendly and got me on my way very quickly. The loaner vehicle was very clean and well maintained. I was kept informed, via phone calls, text messages, and email, of the additional service my car needed, IE wiper blades and an alignment adjustment. I was contacted when the job was done but not rushed to return as I was in the middle of an engagement. When I came to pick up my car, I was again greeted with friendly enthusiasm even though it was the end of the day on a Friday. When the paperwork and payment was complete, my car was waiting for me all washed and and ready to go. Everyone in the service department was attentive and friendly.
