Outstanding experience!!!!! I brought my 2019 QX80 Limited for an oil change and to check the front radar for proper operation. From the time pulled in , I was treat so well. My service consultant Sonja was such a professional and personable. Initially, they were unable to identify any issues so they requested to keep my Q for a couple of additional days just to make sure. In the end the system checked out fine. I really appreciated the fact that they did not just say it fine but took the time to check the system out. After all it is Infiniti’s flagship and they took pride in it and it shows. I have owned several Infiniti's and had developed a great relationship with the dealership and servi I recently moved to Sanibel Island from NE Ohio. I have owned several Infiniti's and had developed a great relationship with the dealership and service department in Beachwood, Ohio. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to find that same kind of comfortable, reliable relationship with a new dealership. Those concerns were immediately resolved when I called for my first service appointment at Fort Myers Infiniti. When I called, I was directed to Rick Libby. Rick immediately recognized what I needed, found an appointment that worked with my schedule and reserved a loaner vehicle. From start to finish, Rick provided proactive, comprehensive communication and customer service. There was never a moment that I was not aware of the status of my vehicle. My first experience with Rick and Fort Myers Infiniti could not have been any better. Each appointment since then has been just as good, with best-in-class communication, service and follow-up. I wouldn't ever think of taking my vehicle anywhere else and would highly recommend Rick Libby and the Fort Myers Service Department. More
