I must commend Fort Myers Infiniti for a follow-up to my service appointment on October 28. Fort Myers Infiniti promptly refunded me the total amount of my repair bill following a miscommunication about the work to be performed. This is outstanding customer service and was unexpected. Having recently relocated to Fort Myers I was hoping to build a relationship with Fort Myers Infiniti for future maintenance and repair services. Needless to say, I’m very impressed with their level of customer care and will feel comfortable bringing my car there for scheduled maintenance and repairs. Well done! More

The service technicians are professional and are informed of your vehicle's history. From the moment I made my car service appointment, to the time I dropped off my car, until I picked up my car, I felt like of your vehicle's history. I was due for my routine maintenance on my car but was finding it difficult to get the time to take it into the dealership. Infiniti set up an appointment to come to my work and swap my car with a loaner finding it difficult to get the time to take it into the dealership. Infiniti set up an appointment to come to my work and swap my car with a loaner car while they completed the services I needed on my car! Even came to my house to drop my car off when it was done and take the loaner car back. Very impressed with the customer service at this dealership! More
