I went to dealership to change battery in my Infiniti. When I came, I mentioned to Rick, that they have 10% off battery price, and sems to me he was a little surprised. 1. After I received final bill, there was deduction $ 36.20, which might be 10 % off labor and part. On second page was “Customer pay shop charge for repair order” $ 32.58 plus tax. My question to Rick was responded as “charge for disposal” ….well to me it looks like I got your advertised discount, and then you took back from me… nice try to attack customers IQ. Or am I wrong? 2. When job done and I left shop, on the way back home I found engine light “ON”. So I returned back a when I told Rick to turn light “OFF”, he said without any consideration “there must something more serious”.
