My experience with the service department was excellent! The check engine light came on in my vehicle and I brought it over to the service department. My Advisor Zach listened to what I described and took over from there. The car had a multipoint inspection; It turns out the vehicle had a major issue in addition to other repairs that needed to be addressed. The advisor called my extended warranty and handled everything from beginning to end with them. Additionally, he communicated progress & new developments as they arose during the entire process. Most importantly, I was blessed with a loaner for the duration of the repairs as Zach negotiated needed repairs with my insurance. I’m truly grateful. They get a five star rating! Well done team.
