Really poor job detailing this car as we found out. Car looked good to start, but once we got it home the car was not clean. Had to detail it myself when I got it home. Example: a simple wipe of the steering wheel produced a lot of grime. Interior windows were filthy, and seats also produced a lot of dirt when I cleaned them. Exterior paint had a film on it, and will likely need paint correction. Rubber floor mats in the back were not deep cleaned. What started as a good experience was not when we closed the deal. Feel like the "infinity for life" may not be a good deal. Know going in that you are paying 4k over the listed price for this and the " dealer fee". Obviously this did not go toward prepping the car, so don't know what I paid for there. Also have to have the car serviced there for the "infinity for life" warranty to be valid, and not confident in that based on the experience so far. All this on a 30k vehicle with 16k miles. In retrospect, I should have shopped the Naples infinity dealer to compare- my bad. Didnt even get a full tank of gas- our salesperson (Celeste) had some excuse on why but said we could bring it back for the rest... really? Go fill the tank before I take possession. At the end of the day, Celeste just wanted to sell the car, and made it feel slippery at the end. I like the car, but honestly, If I could return it, I would and start over. Would have been so easy to do this right, but they didnt. Would not recommend this dealer to my friends based on my experience. More

Car was not detailed as I would have expected, not even a full tank of gas. Feel like the "infinity for life" package I was forced to buy will not be a good deal in the long run.
