I began looking into the purchase of a new Xterra Pro 4X a few months back. After doing most of my research on the internet, I decided to utilize the online "request a quote" feature on the Nissan web site. a few months back. I started out with 4-5 dealers in the Front Range area, including my local dealer "Tynan's" here in Fort Collins. Already having a fairly good idea of pricing through Consumer Reports and Edmunds, I knew what price points I was looking for. Some dealers responded back with further inquiries and no prices (even though I was very specific in my request) while a couple, including Jake at Tynan's, were very quick and thorough in their responses. Right away, I knew that Jake was giving me a price that I would be happy with and he was not trying to hide anything or put any restrictions on my purchase. I was hoping for a specific color and even though they did not have that color in their inventory, he was able to secure the exact vehicle I wanted (the only one left in the entire Front Range) from another dealer at the same price quoted for the same vehicle (different color)on their lot. From the moment I walked into the dealership for an initital test drive to the day I walked out with the keys, the experience was the best I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Every employee was friendly and helpful without being overly agressive. I never felt pressured and was not steered towards something I did not want. I have had several follow-up inquiries as to my satisfaction of the whole process, and to answer any additional questions about my new Xterra. I will highly recommend Jake Howard and Tynan's to anyone looking for a new Nissan. More

All the staff members were extremely friendly. I was at another Nissan dealer and wasn't satisfied with their service, so I left and called Tynan's the next day. I bought a 2012 Special Edition Nissan Sentra from Tynan's Nissan on 6-30-12. I was excruciatingly tired from returning from a road trip the day before but I promised my mom I would look at this car. In general, he was a very kind person in terms of tone and demeanor. His friendliness went a long way with me, considering how tired I was. His customer service also really great. He was very patient and willing to show and explain things to me multiple times since I know nothing about cars. This goes into his quality of work. He was very focused on helping my mother and I and gave us all the information we needed and the time we needed to talk about things. The whole sales team at Tynan's was very helpful with helping us reach a price that we could afford and walk away with, without stress. That was a fairly lengthy process but I am very thankful for all the time they put into that, especially since this is my first car in my name! Also, a shout out to Jake Schriver for his help with the sale but more importantly, for his help entertaining my four young siblings that were running around as my mom and I worked with Justin. That was incredibly helpful! I would recommend anybody who wants a new car go to Tynan's who is looking to buy a new car! I visited Tynan's Nissan on 6-30-12 with only the intention of driving a Nissan to compare it to the other vehicles I had driven. Jake was very friendly and patient with me as I had never purchased intention of driving a Nissan to compare it to the other vehicles I had driven. Jake was very friendly and patient with me as I had never purchased a new car and hadn't had a car payment in many,many years. They had a great deal on the car and had more than one in stock for me to look at. Tynan's was willing to work with my husband and I and get the incentives to a car payment I felt I could afford with no pressure, that was nice since my last experience years ago left a real sour taste in my mouth about dealerships. The closing process was easy and we didn't have to spend our entire afternoon there and they had my car ready for pick up on Monday afternoon. I haven't driven it much since because I won't take it out of the garage. I definately would recommend Tynan's to anyone looking for a car. Thanks again, Martha Dymowski More
We purchased a Blue, Manual Xterra Pro4X. Jake Howard was our sales man and think he did a fantastic job. We did know the exact car we wanted and have never met Jake prior to this. My very first contac was our sales man and think he did a fantastic job. We did know the exact car we wanted and have never met Jake prior to this. My very first contact with Jake was per the dealer website instant messenger chat and so began the great customer service. Jake was open and transparent in chat discussion with me. I never felt as if he was hiding anything and he showed that he was truly passionate about wanting to help me. I know sales people are supposed to make you feel that, but I’ve worked with many sales people and he displayed genuineness even through the chat. He had work to do to help me buy the car and he showed no complacency. Within the day, we chatted, emailed and spoke over the phone; his communication skills are excellent. He always stayed focused and the aim of his focus never faltered from turning me into a satisfied customer…and not just means to line his pocket with sales commission. He wasn’t vague in answering questions and he did his due diligence for us always acting with a sense of urgency. Going over and above the call of duty; being that we are from Michigan, he drove 45 minutes to the airport to pick my husband up so he could sign the papers and drive the Xterra home. I hadn’t met Jake in person; only my husband did. He was very pleased saying Jake and his team (Jeremiah Hartford & the finance manager) were also very nice. Jake kept the process going. He represents that dealership extremely well. As a salesman and customer service person; he is simply fantastic. Thanks Jake. More

Two concerns: When we purchased the car, Rob talked about free oil changes and I was wondering if we are to receive a notice as to that. I have trouble opening the big door in the back.
