Chris Santos (A+) was my salesperson, and for being new to the job, he did a great job dealing with t I wish I could rate each person separately... It took us 2 weeks and many hours of negotiation to reach a deal, and he listened well, took good notes, maintained a positive attitude, and helped me with finding the right car. Josh Lopez (A+) was also great and made the "checkout" process smooth and easy. He also has a great attitude and was fun to work with. Jeremiah Hartford was the manager for my purchase, and he was harder to deal with. Every time Chris had to take a question to Jeremiah, I was left waiting for 20 minutes or so. When I finally found a car I liked and tried to negotiate on the price, Jeremiah fed me some salesman lines, which I didn't appreciate. In the end, I found a car I like and got it for a reasonable price. However, it took a lot of my time, and I feel like the management could have been easier to work with. More
