This was one of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had. Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with, and seemed to genuinely care about my satisfaction with the car and the sales experience ever had. Tynan's Nissan in Fort Collins, Colorado. I have an ABS light on my Xterra. They want $99 to diagnose. I go to my Big O Tire on North College. They code the problem as a bad right front hub for free ABS light on my Xterra. They want $99 to diagnose. I go to my Big O Tire on North College. They code the problem as a bad right front hub for free. The hub is under my extended warranty. I go to Nissan. They say that its the speed sensor which is bad and not covered under my warranty. They want $600 to replace speed sensor. I don't do it and go back to Big O Tire with a purchased speed sensor:$215. They look at the hub and come back to me that the hub is bad which is the reason that the speed sensor is damaged. They also say that the speed sensor should be sold with a new hub-that the two are sold together. They put a new hub and speed sensor in for $90 labor and the new hub and speed sensor together cost $299. Also, Nissan service did not even plug back in the old speed sensor! So I call Nissan and we have it out on the phone. They claimed that they would have seen the bad hub if I would have let them do the repair! So what would they have done: charged me for the speed sensor, have it fail and then have me come back so they could charge me more money. Unbelievable. These guys are the worst. Don't go there. More

On November 25, 2013 I went to Tynan Nissan to look at cars. Jake showed us a 2007 Hyundai Elantra. Price was ok, and settled on it. On December 13, after driving the car a bit, other than the customary t cars. Jake showed us a 2007 Hyundai Elantra. Price was ok, and settled on it. On December 13, after driving the car a bit, other than the customary test drive, I noticed "pulling" to the right side and this horrible squeaking/grinding from right side, was told that was because they were new brakes, concerned, I took the car back to dealership, after doing some investigating, found this car had been in an accident and had been a rental fleet car, I was infuriated. The service manager said, that a used car was just that, and they were not "obligated to disclose" the cars past or fix it, but since they were "nice guys" they would fix it. Well, the problem never subsided, I just believed their nonsense. I took my car to be maintenced (oil change, tires rotated and balanced) and come to find out, it could not be done, as the tires had been worn on inside of wheel to the wire ON THE RIGHT SIDE and the breaks were worn from 5cn to 3cn ON RIGHT SIDE and they also did a complimentary battery check, and found the battery was bad. If I would have had this car longer than 90days and had not had the trouble from the day I pulled off the lot, I would not be as upset. The paperwork from the car prior to my purchase (which was left in the car by service department) from a check done on October 13, 2013 which was BEFORE i purchased it, said .... IT WAS PULLING ON THE RIGHT SIDE! There is a problem with the camber, they will not fix it and refused to replace a battery that should last a year! Now I have paid 500 for new tires, will have to pay for a break system and possibly a front end. This is not right, I paid 7000 + 2000 warranty for this car, I should have had at least a year of use before having these issues or any issues. Shame on you Tynan for selling lemons and taking advantage of a inexperinced female buyer in her late 40s. SHAME SHAME SHAME btw they did take it in to their service department today and said they could fix it, but I would have to pay for it!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like 9000 dollars 90 days ago wasn't enough! More
Tynan's Nissan of Fort Collins is number 1 in colorado if your looking. Carl Unger approached and asked if he could help we told him what the basics we were looking for. He took us inside and ask colorado if your looking. Carl Unger approached and asked if he could help we told him what the basics we were looking for. He took us inside and asked if we wanted coffee or something to drink. We sat down and Carl went to work he found Subaru ok we were interested. Carl went and pulled the car up so we did not have to walk the lot which was very nice. Carl explained every question and what he didn't know he went and found out. Mean time the store manager came and introduced himself and he answered some questions. There was a couple of concerns and no problem they were minor things. I could go on and on but i would tell my friends or anyone go to tynan's first you won't regret it. More

Carl Unger was very thorough and worked to get us the car that we wanted. It had to be sent from Pueblo but it was here the next day. He went through all the information on the car in a professional manner. that we wanted. It had to be sent from Pueblo but it was here the next day. He went through all the information on the car in a professional manner. We had a glitch with our credit card being charged twice, which was not resolved quickly and has still not been resolved. The representative we worked with was not customer oriented and was a poor representative for Tynan Nissan (James Johnson). I would have rated the dealership with the highest marks had it not been for the people in the finance department. More
I walked into Tynan's Nissan expecting to get the same run around received from other car dealerships due to my age and lack of credit. I did not have my heart set on anything primarily because I did same run around received from other car dealerships due to my age and lack of credit. I did not have my heart set on anything primarily because I did not want to leave disappointed. Before my visit, I called Grant and informed him that I was on a fixed budget and I had no credit. These things did not deter Grant. He told me about the recent College Grad program and how that would help me leave with a vehicle. I came in on a Friday and sure enough, I left with a car. I was totally shocked and I thank Tynan's everyday. I interacted with Jeff as well as Otto and all parties were excited about me getting a car genuinely. Not once did I feel like I was being cheated or swindled. I left there confident in my deal and grateful that I made my appointment. I was there for about 4 or 5 hours and there was some much needed patience which helped this experience even more. Grant did a wonderful job and because of that, I would like to say thank you. I am recommending a bunch of my friends who are currently searching for cars to check out Tynan's Nissan. In my opinion, it's the best place to go. More
Grant did a wonderful job explaining all the features of the vehicle and answered all of our questions. He did not pressure us on buying and everything we asked of him he did for us. Jeff the sales manage the vehicle and answered all of our questions. He did not pressure us on buying and everything we asked of him he did for us. Jeff the sales manager was also wonderful to work with. He did not pressure us on buying and made us feel comfortable. We purchased an xterra 2014 and my wife and I are happy with our purchase. I would highly recommend working with Grant and Jeff on purchasing a new vehicle. More
