Rude/disrespectful I wish that I didn't have to put any stars this situation deserves a negative amount of stars!!! My mom and I went in on Saturday to pick up my mom I wish that I didn't have to put any stars this situation deserves a negative amount of stars!!! My mom and I went in on Saturday to pick up my moms car when Ruth greeted us she started out quite friendly. My mom lives 2 1/2 hours away from here. Her car mileage is at 31,500 warranty ends at 36,000. When we dropped the car off we explained there was a popping noise in the car. When we were leaving I asked if they figured out the problem with the popping she then said OH I m so sorry we didn't look at that sorry for the oversight! My mom stated my car already has 31,000 miles on it warrant is up at 36,000. Ruth then stated to my mom that, that was still 4,000 miles away so she had time to get it worked on! I interrupted conversation at this point due to the fact that mom does live 2 1/2 hours away and also works 40 miles from her home so she averages 100 miles per day and not to mention the miles it takes to drive to and from a place that is 2 1/2 hours away. Ruth then looked at me and got very disrespectful to the situation! Then explained to my mom while she is driving she needs to record the noise with her phone and then email it to a guy who works there so they can hear the sound!! Instead of her taking the time to find someone to look at this problem she asked my mom to be unsafe by driving her car and trying to turn on camera to video and record the noise!!! I was passed angry!!!!! So with that being said I would discourage anyone from having any services done there! My mom was going to look at other car options while we were there but after that experience my mom has now decided NEVER to return back to the dealership/service center as every situation we have had there has been a BAD experience. I chose this situation to review due to the fact that I have never been treated so rudely in a situation like this one!! Ruth was out of line and due to her actions she has lost that place some business!! With that being said we where told that u can get a car there when ur vehicle is getting warranty work but you have to pay $15 a day. Then went on to explain some story about how they are the only company with loner cars in the ft Collins area so they have to charge $15 a day for insurance purposes. Whatever there explanation is they can charge what they want but I do take my vehicles to markley motors in ft Collins and we get a loaner car for something as simple as a oil change and we do NOT pay $15 a day. They cover whatever fee may be charged thru our warranty! So everyone really look into anything/everything people tell you! Lies, disrespect, and rudeness loses my business and the people's business I chose to speak to about this situation!!! Word of mouth is powerful!!!! ALWAYS USE IT in good and bad situations!! Typical shady dealership We were going to buy a car from them at an agreed upon price of 32k but then after waiting for an hour they came back with all the financial paperwork We were going to buy a car from them at an agreed upon price of 32k but then after waiting for an hour they came back with all the financial paperwork and tried to get us to sign but noticed something odd. They had wrapped the discounts we were supposed to get in to the sales price. So they basicly were trying to hide the fact that they were selling us the car for 3500$ over what we agreed upon. When I called them on it they said that they thought I was going to be reasonable even though 32k was the average selling price of the car we were looking at . The sales people were nice but the manager trying to pull this over on us was your typical slimey car salesman. More

We kept looking around for another half hour and he came up again this time we decided to utilize his help and expertise. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle in question and others very similar. I knew what car I wanted but he gave other suggestions to make sure my mind was solid. I appreciated that a lot. On test drive it wasn't just a huge sales pitches. That was a welcome relief. Even after the sale Greg has answered a few questions I have asked and not ignored me! I haven't gone for maintenance on my vehicle yet but I surely will More

Quick and easy. My husband made arrangements with Dalton ahead of time and we arrived at the dealership on 9/17/2016 around 1:10pm. He had the car and the paperwork ready for me to sign. Everything went smoothly and we were in and out with a trade-in for a 2016 Nissan Rogue in less than an hour. Dalton was super friendly and made this transaction quick and easy. John, the man in leasing, was also super efficient with paperwork. I usually dread these appointments. This one was the best car buying/leasing experience I have ever had. Ron Howell also welcomed us and made sure we were happy with our transaction. I would definitely recommend that you ask for Marcus Smith as he is an amazing salesperson! My only criticism is the dealership could use some updating compared to so many other brands that we have visited on our search--smells of smoke from service/parts, poor lighting and bottled water would be better than cups. Definitely seems like a good group of employees that work well serving the customer. More
