Great help in getting the Rogue I visited Tynan's about my options at the end of the lease. Aaron Stein was very patient and explained the options clearly. I called Aaron about it and he was able to find the vehicle and place a hold on it pending my decision to do the deal. We were able to come to an agreement without pressure and they were able to loan me a car until the new Rogue arrived. As much as I hate the whole process of car buying and negotiating, it was more pleasant than most this time. More

Good but not perfect After months of searching online and setting appointments to test drive vehicles I finally came across exactly what I was looking for at Tynans Nissan After months of searching online and setting appointments to test drive vehicles I finally came across exactly what I was looking for at Tynans Nissan. The internet team responded quickly to set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle the next day. However, there are two tynans locations in Fort Collins, Kia and Nissan. The internet girl failed to tell me where my vehicle was or appointment so I showed up to the wrong place the next day. Upon arriving it took several minutes to get help and figure out who I was and who I was supposed to be meeting with. Also the managers had me confused with someone who was going through a chapter 13 bankruptcy so before they even attempted to show me the vehicle I was grilled over my credit history. Eventually, it was determined I was not the man with poor credit and Shaylah was assigned to work with me and show me the vehicle. Shaylah was a terrific sales person and never once made me feel pressured into purchasing. She worked back and forth with the manager to come to an agreeable deal for both parties. I eventually purchased a Nissan Xterra and am very happy with the purchase. Overall I would say Shaylah saved the sale for Tynans and I would recommend her to anyone shopping at Tynans for a new vehicle. As for the rest of the dealership I feel they were kinda a cluster mess. Maybe it was just the day I came but I was not happy with the waiting and confusion to start the experience off. More
