I believe that you had issues with the car charger you received with your Leaf purchase, is that correct? If you would like to explore the possibilities of another charger, we could credit you the $300 value for the improved performance of a better charger. Does that sound like something you would be interested in?

This is exactly why you don't get a good review, because you are not fixing the problem. Its a simple fix, you gave me the wrong part & all you have to do is send me the correct part & i will return the charger for the older nissan leaf's back to you. If you don't want to put the effort into getting a new charger, then credit me $600 as that is the cost of the cheapest charger
