Great car buying experience This is our third car purchase from Kia Fort Collins. Kevin met us at the door and we had a great time trying out new cars, used cars and talking poi This is our third car purchase from Kia Fort Collins. Kevin met us at the door and we had a great time trying out new cars, used cars and talking points of each. We settled on an upgrade of the same model and came home happy campers. Kevin was never pushy or condescending which can happen with us older folk. He was kind and considerate. He helped us work through the pros and cons of each vehicle. It took us a whole half day to get the deal done. This is what it takes I guess but we were tired by the time the day was over. Wish there was a more stream lined process. To cut the time down. Thank you Kevin Gill for another positive experience. More
I am extremely disappointed in the service of my vehicle over the past month. Best service center experience! I brought my new Kia in to the service center for a software update and first oil change. Danette and Austin, my service advisors, were super friendly I brought my new Kia in to the service center for a software update and first oil change. Danette and Austin, my service advisors, were super friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. The tech(s) who worked on my car did a great job and washed and cleaned the interior extremely well. The waiting room was comfortable and the complimentary coffee was delicious. I had made an appointment, was told how long it would take, and I had my car back exactly when they said I would. Definitely the best experience I've ever had at a dealership service center. More

Level of service has changed I made an online appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was given the option of waiting or getting a loaner car. Because it was a Saturday I made an online appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was given the option of waiting or getting a loaner car. Because it was a Saturday, I chose a loaner car so I could still run errands and I planned my day around that option. But when I called to say I was bringing my car in a little early and wanted to confirm a car would be available, I was rudely told that you don't offer rental cars, only Lyft. Why give that option on the website, then? Very poor communication all around, and when I picked up my car, I was rushed out and didn't feel confident that my car was even serviced. My car wasn't washed, either. This dealership used to seem to care about customer service--my experience on 11/2/19 was the opposite of that. More
