This is the most HONEST dealership Ever! It was hard to believe there is such a thing now days. They wanted to make a sale unlike other dealerships in which the sales people don't care bec It was hard to believe there is such a thing now days. Additionally, Fort Collins Kia sells at MSRP unlike the others that want to price gouge and charge an overage fee of 5K to 10K. We ordered a Telluride through Tom James and he stayed in contact with us. One became available and we were able to get it. Tom refused to let other people come in and buy it out from under us because they offered more than the agreed MSRP price. Unbelieveable! I can't say that would have ever happened anywhere else. We drove 2 hours and it was worth it! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. It was an easy process with no stress. Tom James explained everything from the paperwork to the hooks and whistles of the car. We will gladly use Fort Collins Kia for our regular maintenance and am proud to display their license plate frame. I can't say that about any other dealership I have purchased from in the past. I bought two vehicles here previously. I will never be back again. The salesman and his boss were arrogant. They tried to get me for an extra three thousand dollars. They lied about fees. I will never be back again. The salesman and his boss were arrogant. They tried to get me for an extra three thousand dollars. They lied about fees. It was an overall terrible experience. I went there to buy a car. If they had just been halfway reasonable, they had a sale. I thought I was just trying to buy too much vehicle. But another dealership got it done. Big surprise. For three thousand dollars less. And they did not try to sell me a different model car. Or a car that was a different color. Too bad, so sad. These guys are busters. More

They get 1 star because the sales guy was good and helpful. But after that it went downhill... all I can say is check your paperwork and then check it again. They worked a service contract for $2100 helpful. But after that it went downhill... all I can say is check your paperwork and then check it again. They worked a service contract for $2100 in to my deal without me even knowing it. Or needing it for that matter, as it's a freaking lease! (they have you sign on a tablet, so you need to request to see the full paperwork). Luckily those service contracts are cancelable.... so I proceeded to return to the dealership to cancel it. At which point Brent, their finance manager, told me I needed to call the 800 number on the bottom of the service contract to cancel, but then when you call it, they tell you the dealer is the only one who can cancel it. So he straight up lied about that, hoping I'd just give up or something. But this guy isn't giving up! I'm getting my contract cancelled if it takes getting an attorney. It is my right per the contract and this dealer is just giving me the run around. I left messages for the GM now as well, but I'm sure that will go nowhere... Shady shady! And I thought those days of shady car sales tactics was done.... Just stick with a different Kia dealer and you should be good. As a matter of fact peak Kia north is great. I stopped in after all this and their sales manager took the time to look over the paperwork and told me how shady he even thought it was and gave me some advice. Even gave me his number to call with follow up questions, even tho it wasn't their sale! They will have my business and recommendations from now on. I'm sure most Kia dealers are good, just AVOID Fort Collins KIA. More
Scam. So frustrated and disappointed. I was as quoted the cost would be msrp , tax and dealer handling. So I placed a deposit to hold the car. When the car arrived I drove an hour to get it. When I sat down to finalize the deal, there were fees that were not disclosed. One was VTR (Vehichle theft registration) this is a process most all other dealers do not do. Ft Collins kia took it upon them selves to etch a number onto the car and charge me for it. At no time was I advised this would happen. Nor did I authorize them to modify or "enhance" the vehicle. When I called it out they refused to remove the fee and firmly stated this is what they do to all their cars, if I didn't want to pay the fee I could be refunded my money and they would sell it to someone else. "We don't negotiate on this".. I have talked to other dealerships and asked about this process. They called this process a scam because it is a way for a dealership to pad their profit. Sad they think they can dictate what after market options are mandatory. Even if that option is not offered from the manufacturer. More

In looking for a reliable service department, I was pleased to meet Service Manager Tracey Matthews who introduced me to one of their top Stinger mechanics and we discussed some maintenance work. As a former service manager, I pick up very quickly on competence and knowledge and honesty, and chose this service department out of several in the area. I returned my Stinger for the maintenance work and the car was returned on time, clean and with no problems. New car dealers are not always the cheapest source of repairs, but they know their cars and this dealer treated me honestly and professionally. I will return for additional work that I cannot perform on my own, and I recommend them without hesitation. More
